Second Movement LLC is a Miami-based creative music company founded by pianist, vocalist, producer, and educator David Ramirez. With a background in both classical and jazz piano, David brings together technical musicianship, creativity, and real-world performance experience through live music, production, recording, and private instruction. Over the years, he has worked with artists including Ry Rivers, opened for legendary jazz trumpeter Terence Blanchard, and performed alongside Grammy Award-winning conductor and composer Craig Hella Johnson. He has also released original music under Second Movement, including the 2024 EP Balls to the Wall and the 2025 single Heroin.

Beyond performance and production, education has remained a central part of Second Movement’s identity. David has taught piano for more than a decade, working with students ranging from age 7 to 85 across a wide variety of musical backgrounds and experience levels. Whether in the studio, on stage, or in a lesson, the mission of Second Movement is to create meaningful musical experiences rooted in artistry, professionalism, and genuine musicianship.
